  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Whey Protein Powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted coconut oil.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a fluffier pancake, let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking. You can also add other mix-ins like blueberries, bananas, or nuts.
