Cuisine Baking
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Combine ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine Nutella and eggs. Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend until smooth and well combined.
Add flour: Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool: Let the brownies cool in the dish before cutting into squares.
- For a richer flavor, use a high-quality Nutella.
- Do not overmix the batter, as this can result in tough brownies.
- Baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven.
- For a fudgier brownie, slightly underbake them.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Top with powdered sugar, ice cream, or whipped cream for an extra touch.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
