Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Nutella
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Combine ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine Nutella and eggs. Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend until smooth and well combined.
Add flour: Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool: Let the brownies cool in the dish before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a high-quality Nutella.
Do not overmix the batter, as this can result in tough brownies.
Baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven.
For a fudgier brownie, slightly underbake them.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Top with powdered sugar, ice cream, or whipped cream for an extra touch.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
