3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

An incredibly easy and decadent brownie recipe using only Nutella, eggs, and flour. Perfect for a quick and satisfying treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • Combine ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine Nutella and eggs. Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Add flour: Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool: Let the brownies cool in the dish before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a high-quality Nutella.
  • Do not overmix the batter, as this can result in tough brownies.
  • Baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven.
  • For a fudgier brownie, slightly underbake them.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
  • Top with powdered sugar, ice cream, or whipped cream for an extra touch.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
